How are the Nurge Flexi Hoops measured?

The Flexi Hoop diameter measurements are from the outer edge of the inner ring which is the area that your chosen material will be displayed. 

 

Can the Nurge Stands hold a Q-Snap frame?

The Nurge stands are designed to be used with embroidery hoops. I do not recommend using the embroidery stands with Q-Snap frames. 

 

What size hoop can I use for the Nurge Embroidery Stands?

The Nurge Embroidery Stands can hold a hoop up to 16mm deep. 

 

Are the batteries replaceable for the Digital Row Counters?

Yes, you will need a small screwdriver to remove the back casing to access the battery.

Will my order have a tracking number?

You can choose at checkout whether you would like your order to be shipped with standard delivery or tracked 24 hours. 

Can I return my order?

Do you offer international delivery?
