My small business is situated in the heart of the beautiful
Forest of Dean in Gloucestershire where I welcome customers from both the
business and private community and offer an increasing range of haberdashery
and stationery products. 

The products I sell are responsibly sourced, they are of
extremely high quality and are regarded worldwide to be the best in their
field.  I collaborate with renowned manufacturers and suppliers,
e.g.  Whitecroft Essentials Lydney (Ltd), Nurge and Stick’n stocking many
of their products and brands.

 

My passion for my business was borne out of my own love of
all things creative and in 2013 after graduating, my beloved business was
launched from an office cupboard selling knitting kits and small packs of
pins.  Here I am today, 10 years later, with over 200 product lines across
my online market places that I hope inspires my customers to achieve their
aspirations and in doing so, fuel their own ‘Crafty Imagination’.

 

My business is efficiently run, I pride myself on providing
an excellent customer service that is both friendly and helpful. I have social
media links to Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, Nurge and @nurge.embroidery in the
aim to widen the audience I currently serve.

As my business continues to move forward, I endeavour to
competently navigate my social responsibilities and consider how I can further
reduce Crafty Imaginations’ carbon footprint, as such all packaging is reusable
and/or recyclable.

It is my aim through my business to inspire creativity and
encourage everyone to discover their own Crafty Imagination.
